Internet giant Google has come up with a project, ‘Google Bus’ which has been especially designed for Tamil Nadu. It will hit the roads within two months. Google Bus will create awareness among the people of the various internet applications that would be of great benefit for the people. It will mainly focus on educating the people on how the usage of internet could help the people in improving their quality of living.Google Bus will help the police in monitoring the functioning of more than 600 internet browsing centres available in Chennai. This mobile bus comprises of computers and wireless internet connectivity. Less than 5% of the people are used to the different internet applications.
